SAME NEET SCORE
No separate entrance exam for admission abroad

NO SECOND EXAM

Your NEET score is already enough.

Many families assume that studying medicine abroad means another entrance exam, another year of preparation, another round of stress. It does not. Foreign medical universities accept your existing NEET qualification directly. There is no separate entrance test to write, no additional coaching to pay for, and no fresh attempt to sit through.

The score that fell short of a government seat in India is the same score that opens the door abroad. What matters now is choosing a university that meets every NMC rule, and getting the application in before the September intake closes.

THE REAL SITUATION

Where you probably are right now

The score was not enough. You cleared NEET but the government seat cut-off was out of reach. Repeating a year is one option. It is not the only one.

The private college quote was impossible. Indian private medical colleges now quote fifty lakh to one and a half crore. A full degree abroad often costs less than two years at home.

Every agent said something different. Four consultants, four versions of the truth. We would rather show you the actual regulation and let you check it yourself.

THE ONLY QUESTION WORTH ASKING FIRST

Will the degree actually be valid in India?

Since November 2021, the NMC's Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate Regulations decide this. The NMC no longer publishes a list of approved universities. It publishes rules. A university that fails even one makes the degree legally unusable at home. Any agent who says a university is "on the NMC list" is either mistaken or misleading you.

FMGL REGULATIONS 2021 · COMPLIANCE CHECK
01 · COURSE DURATION
At least 54 months of academic course, not counting internship.
02 · INTERNSHIP
A further 12 months at the same foreign institution, after the course ends. Returning to India for the internship is not allowed.
03 · MEDIUM
The entire course, theory and practical, taught in English.
04 · CONTINUITY
One country, one institution, start to finish. Transferring midway can make a student ineligible.

We shortlist only universities that pass all four, and we show you the check in writing before you pay anything.

WHERE WE PLACE STUDENTS

Five countries. Chosen, not listed.

Many agents advertise twenty destinations. We work with five, where the network has direct university relationships and on-ground student support.

Medical university architecture in Russia

Russia

The longest-established destination, with large Indian student communities in most university cities. Hostels usually have self-cooking facilities, so food costs stay low but students cook for themselves.

Medical university campus exterior in Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan

Closer to home, shorter flights, lower living costs, and universities increasingly structured around NMC requirements. Indian mess facilities are standard.

6 YEARS · ENGLISH · ₹21–30 LAKH TOTAL · SEPTEMBER INTAKE
European standard medical campus in Georgia

Georgia

Stronger English exposure and European clinical standards, at a higher fee. Compliance conditions here need careful checking, and we go through them with you before you apply.

6 YEARS · ENGLISH · ₹28–38 LAKH TOTAL · SEPTEMBER INTAKE
Modern university facility in Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan

Established universities with a growing record of FMGE qualification, and among the lowest monthly living costs. Indian food is included in most fee structures.

5–6 YEARS · ENGLISH · ₹20–32 LAKH TOTAL · SEPTEMBER INTAKE
Medical academy campus building in Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyzstan

The lowest total cost of the five. Outcomes vary a lot between universities here, so the institution matters more than the country. We are direct with families about that.

THE OTHER PATH

Not sure about going abroad? We also guide admissions to private medical colleges in India.

Studying abroad is not the right answer for every family. Some students do better staying closer to home, and some families would rather keep their child in the same country even at a higher cost.

We counsel families on private medical college options across India as well: which colleges are realistic at your NEET score, how state and all-India counselling rounds work, what the fee structures actually look like, and what the deadlines are. Our job is to help you compare both paths honestly and choose the one that fits your child and your budget, not to push you toward the more expensive option.

HOW PAYMENT ACTUALLY WORKS

The tuition figure is never the whole figure.

Ask any consultant for all seven of these in writing before you pay. Here is ours with no hidden fees.

Tuition paid annually to the university
Hostel annual, varies by city
Food and living roughly ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 a month depending on country
Visa and documentation one-time
Air travel roughly ₹30,000 to ₹80,000 per return trip
Medical insurance annual and mandatory, typically ₹20,000 to ₹40,000
Our service fee stated upfront in writing, payable only after your admission letter
PAYMENT TERMS
NO FEE BEFORE ADMISSION — You pay us nothing until your admission letter is issued. If no admission comes through, there is nothing to pay.
TUITION GOES DIRECTLY TO THE UNIVERSITY — Your tuition and hostel fees are deposited directly with the university, in the university's own account, against the university's own receipt. That money does not pass through us.
OUR FEE IS SEPARATE AND STATED UPFRONT — Our service charge is a separate, clearly stated amount, given to you in writing before you commit to anything. It is never bundled into the university fee.

Ask any consultant two questions before you pay them anything: does your fee come before or after the admission letter, and does the university fee pass through your account. The answers tell you most of what you need to know.

PLAIN ANSWERS

Four things we tell families early, even though they cost us enquiries.

FMGE is difficult and most candidates do not clear it on the first attempt. Anyone calling it a formality is not being straight with you. Preparation should start in the third year, not after coming home.

Studying abroad is not easier than studying in India. The course is demanding, winters are hard, and homesickness is real.

We cannot guarantee admission or a visa. Universities and consulates decide that. Anyone guaranteeing either is selling something they do not control.

This is not right for every family. For some students another NEET attempt is genuinely the better call, and we will say so.

HONEST ANSWERS

Questions families ask

Do I have to write another entrance exam for MBBS abroad?
No. Foreign medical universities accept your Indian NEET qualification directly. There is no separate entrance test, no second screening exam, and no additional preparation required. If you cleared NEET in the current year or either of the previous two years, you are eligible to apply.
When do I have to pay MBBS Gurukul's service fee?
Only after your official admission letter is issued by the university. We do not charge an advance service fee. If for any reason your admission letter is not issued, you owe us nothing. Your tuition and hostel fees are paid directly to the university itself, never to us.
Can you also help if we decide on a private medical college in India instead?
Yes. We counsel families on both paths: private medical colleges in India and NMC-compliant universities abroad. We explain the fee structures, state and all-India counselling cut-offs, and realistic options for your NEET score, so your family can make an informed choice between the two.
Is a degree from these countries valid in India?
Yes, provided the foreign university complies with all NMC FMGL Regulations 2021 (54+ months duration, 12 months internship at same university, medium in English, continuous study). After graduation, candidates must pass the FMGE / NExT licensing examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations to practice in India.
Is NEET compulsory for MBBS abroad?
Yes. Under NMC guidelines, clearing NEET-UG in the year of admission or preceding two years is mandatory for Indian citizens wishing to pursue MBBS abroad. Without a qualifying NEET score, your degree will not be recognised for practicing in India.
What are FMGE and NExT, and what if my child does not clear it?
FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) and NExT (National Exit Test) are mandatory screening licensing exams in India. Clearing it requires rigorous clinical study from day one. Our parent organization operates its own coaching institute for FMGE/NExT, providing academic support throughout the student's journey.
What is the realistic total cost for the full course?
Depending on the country and university chosen, total expenses across the full 5-to-6 year period range between ₹18 lakh and ₹40 lakh. This includes tuition, university hostels, living expenses, food, visas, and airfare.
Is it safe, especially for a daughter studying alone?
Universities we shortlist feature gated campus hostels with round-the-clock security, CCTV, and warden supervision. Large communities of Indian students reside at these campuses, and our network maintains local representatives in major university cities for assistance.
Will classes genuinely be in English?
Yes. Every university we shortlist conducts all lectures, practical labs, exams, and clinical rotations strictly in English to fulfill NMC regulations. Students also learn basic local language for patient interactions during clinical hospital rounds.
Do we need to travel to Delhi, or can everything happen from Bhubaneswar?
Everything can be managed directly from our Bhubaneswar regional office on Lewis Road. Counseling, document preparation, translation, visa processing, and pre-departure briefings are conducted locally by our team.
When does the September intake close?
Admissions for the September 2026 intake open immediately after NEET results and close as university hostel seats fill up, typically by late August. We recommend beginning document verification early to secure university seats without last-minute delays.
